We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will process your return immediately. Processing time depends on your method of initial payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a return/refund or exchange. For all items being returned for reasons deemed our fault as mentioned, we will refund the value of the item and the value of any shipping paid. Also, no restocking fee.

Return Due To Change Of Mind/ Buyers Remorse

ART Bekro will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. ART Bekro will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Other reasons that require customers to pay return shipping:

  • Better price found
  • Changed mind
  • Does not fit
  • No longer needed
  • Ordered wrong item

Return shipping cost $14.75 for Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8") with USPS. Price and service will be different if returning from outside of the USA.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwears, bathing suits, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

No exchanges. You can only return for a refund for eligible items.
